VANTRUNK LTD WIN TOUATGAZ PROJECT CONTRACT

Central Processing Facility

Vantrunk have been awarded a contract to supply the Speedway SW6 cable ladder system and Heavy Duty HR & HR100 cable tray system by Tecnicas Reunidas for the  Central Processing Facility at the Touatgaz Project.

On August 7, 2013 in Algiers, “Groupement TouatGaz”, a partnership between SONATRACH and the GDF SUEZ Group operating the Touat gas field, signed an EPCC (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning) contract with the Spanish company Técnicas Reunidas for the development of the Touat field located in southwest Algeria. Técnicas Reunidas was awarded the contract after a tender offer procedure opened July 17, 2013 in which four international companies participated.

This contract covers the field’s first phase development plan, consisting mainly in the construction of an industrial natural gas treatment complex and collection system. Production launch for the Touat field is planned for late 2016. The project will produce annually 4.5 billion standard cu.m of gas and 630,000 barrels of condensate.

Race for Life Sponsorship Raises over £600

Memebers of Vantrunk's sales team recently took part in the Race for Life series at Aintree race course in Liverpool. They raised over £600 in sponsorship money that will go directly into the fight against cancer in the UK. 

Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life is a series of women-only events raising money for research into all 200 types of cancer.

VANTRUNK REGISTER WITH JSRS OMAN

JSRS REGISTRATION

The Oil & Gas Operators in Oman have identified a major need to create a Joint O&G Supplier Base of Oman that would form the sourcing basis of their Procurement System. The Joint Registration System is a National initiative that will encourage credible suppliers – national and international, to register in the common pool. They will benefit from a ‘Single Window Registration System’ in order to tap into independent Operator opportunities and that would in turn give the Operators a direct connectivity into a ‘cleansed’ base of Suppliers in order to ‘seek and identify’ suppliers for their varying needs.

Vantrunk are delighted to have succssfully completed the registration process and look forward to building on our already rich supply history to Oman.
