Vantrunk has been selected to supply its cable management systems and associated support systems to the Kashagan Tranche 3 Project in Kazakhstan.
The Kashagan Oil Field is one of the biggest oil and gas fields discovered in the last 25 years. The Kashagan field is located in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea and extends over a surface area of approximately 75 kilometers by 45 kilometers.
The field is offshore in a harsh environment, where sea ice is present in the winter and temperatures from -35 °C (-31 °F) to 40 °C (104 °F) can be encountered.The combined safety, engineering, logistical and environmental challenges make it one of the largest and most complex industrial projects currently being developed anywhere in the world.
Vantrunk has supplied to both on and offshore sections of the Kashagan Project over the last few years. Consistently supplying cable management systems that meet the demands of the environment. Vantrunk is supplying cable ladder and cable tray to the project manufactured in Deep Galvanized Silicon Rich ‘Corten A’ Steel which is ideal for Kazakhstan’s Environment.
